# SUMMARY

The open economy of movement introduces a new way to think of exchange. You do not have to part with something valuable to gain something of much more value - good health and money. The movement you exchange has already benefited you and, even better, it is easily accessible and easily producible.

It is also self-fulfilling. When you exercise, endorphins (Nurika) create a positive association to make you feel better and sustain behavioural change. Not only will you feel better, but you will also have material benefits from it, further prompting the continuation and sustainment of that exercise. Exercise is self-fulfilling.

Whether you want to skip, swim, cycle, hike, or simply walk the block, you’ll earn for it. You will benefit yourself, your family, your employer, your healthcare provider, your society, and the planet.

Now, take a walk!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://nurika-health.gitbook.io/litepaper/summary.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
